As explained in Step 1 of the First steps in your studies page, a personal HSG user account will be set up for you before you start your studies. This account will allow you to access the university's digital services. In order to access it you will receive the login details and instructions on how to proceed in your Compass mailbox. You will first need to set up the Multi-Factor Authentification (MFA) and then to change your initial password.
